Escape From Zoomanity

“INSPIRING – MOTIVATING”

This review is from: Escape From Zoomanity: 1 (Paperback)I have to admit I am not the most compulsive of readers of any type of book but I was recommended this one by a friend. I found it a fascinating insight into all facets of life and mirrored so much of my own. I am sure the thousands of people that will also read this will feel the same. What is important to me in a book of this type is the honesty and integrity of the writing and there is no doubt that this is an extremely honest and intelligent read. Harsh and to the point throughout but also humorous, delicate and charming. The author should be credited highly for a thought-provoking book that goes a long way to not only inspiring and motivating the human mind but bringing home important truths about life.

Highly recommended!

“MASTERPIECE”

First I would like to encourage all those who are not aware of Alan to spend some time going through his website and reading the ton of testimonials of the life’s he has transformed. He did have a profound impact on my life and when I use the word “profound”

I mean it in a big way… Zoomanity is Alan’s best work. Three decades of baggage and frustration will drop off in less than an hour once you immerse yourself in this masterpiece. Alan is a rare jewel in the world of creative and inspired thinking and Zoomanity is what you might be missing today

“THOUGHT PROVOKING – COMPELLING”

This review is from: Escape From Zoomanity: 1 (Paperback)I have just finished this book today, after reading almost non stop since its arrival yesterday. It was utterly charming, funny, passionate and inspirational. Definitely one for those wanting to change their lives, think about life, change their outlook or just confirm what they were always thinking. There IS more to life….alan illustrates this beautifully. Really enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone. Thought provoking and compelling.

Read it.

“A CATALYST”

“This review is from: Escape From Zoomanity: 1 (Kindle Edition)If you can only make time to read one book this year, read this one. As you immerse yourself in Alan’s story, things that have happened – pointers- in your life will start to make sense to you. In this way, instead of reading about another person’s escape from a humdrum existence, you can begin to plan your own exit.

An exit that probably entails more risk, although risk is a relative term. risk of going back to an ordinary so so life, or stepping forward to live the life you promised yourself. treat this book as the catalyst to get there.

Escape from Zoomanity in its simplicity is opening the lid on global information”

This review is from: Escape From Zoomanity: 1 (Paperback)

Escape from New York was a good film from the eighties, Escape from Zoomanity is a story directed at an audience of today. The brand of this book is the testimony of what Alan Forrest Smith can do and does do. So many books these days go on the direction and guidance of having a personna and an image. The shift on offer in Zoomanity text is something more different and original. Every system and every business thought has already been published but none has yet ventured into the far corners of the world that actually need the leverage of the Internet to utilise the streams of income available online. So many books make the mistake of directing theirs books at the locality of their audience, Zoomanity is more suited for recommendation to neighbours and friends and reads as such.

The thing I like about this book is the shift between whats actually going on and what is being said, how we interpret this is difficult to articulate because we do live in a world of metaphors and preambles that reference the same information, Escape form Zoomanity: 1 swerves all this and guides the reader straight through the distractions that occur these days.

I know this book will do well here on Amazon because I hope to read the next Escape from Zoomanity: 1, any negative reviews here on Amazon or made simply to distract readers from the truth. Escape from Zoomanity in its simplicity is opening the lid on global information. This gateway should be embraced and translated as such, a story is a story and finding our own story is a key thing to extract from the wonderful world of Zoomanity, Escape from Zoomanity is a gateway glossary of navigating around these new fields of information.

Concluding I recommend this book because I am interested in most of the topics this books addresses, the impact of this book is short sited since it is so new but I like the information that I have learned, rather than give the game away I just point you guys in the right direction, this is a good book, it is a good read and I am sure you agree if you know a little or a lot about Alan he has a great message and a hive of information to share with the visually reading world. The orchestration of this book is as hyped up as Star Wars trilogy or Jaws, the reason why I mention this is well they have stood the test of time, I predict this will also stand the test of time and you to can take action and cultivate these future mindsets by getting a nice fresh copy of this book.

It is a sort of matrix out there the demographics of the world, and we do have choices we all need to take, to take action based on the premise ‘you want to succeed more’ , the comforts are inside but you will learn from the ventures and explorations unsealed in the pages of this book its going to take courage, action and other things too. All I know is Alan is a highly sort well trained copy writer and should be treated as such when reading the words put together in this first edition of Escape Zoomanity: 1 .

The Accidental Copywriter

“WOW … I love it! “

I’ve read Alan's book not once...but twice - and it's good...damn good...he pulls you in with stories from his past...then just like the legendary hypnotist Milton H. Erickson, he strategically places nuggets of copywriting and marketing gold inside those stories that just slip right into your brain while you are turning pages to find out what happened next to Alan.

If you want a shortcut to learning the lessons of a top copywriter without going through the 20+ years it took him to pick up - buy the book and read it.

“It’s Manual For Keeping Focused And Moving Forward”

“Many copywriting books are filled with formulas and egos, this is filled with results, humility, and the power of words. A copywriter is defined by how they adapt to adversity and the challenges of different businesses. Discovering how Alan turns adversity into opportunity, again and again, is more than just a book about copywriting, it’s manual for keeping focused and moving forward - generating massive results again and again. ”

“Mesmerising Career Writing In The Trenches”

““I read it in one sitting, mesmerising! Alan recounts his journey from small-town hairdresser to highly-compensated business strategies and copywriter. You’ll hear the good, the bad, and the ugly about growing a small business, and what it takes to be an enduring success going the non-conformist route. Alan recaps a career in the writing trenches and demonstrates that mindset, confidence, self-belief and dedication to solving real problems with empathy and facts, not fluff and fairy-tales, are what matter. I highly recommend it to any aspiring copywriter or small-business owner!”

It was also a hugely insightful and

“Wonderful Book - It Conveys The Mindset You Need To Write”

““What a wonderful book – great advice embedded in great stories. It’s like you’re learning direct response and copywriting right along with Alan as he transforms his own business, works with clients and learns from his mentors. This is about so much more than techniques – it conveys the mindset you need to write, market and succeed.””

“A Window Into The Mind Of A Great Copywriter … The Book Is A Brilliant Piece Of Copy In Itself”

““I fell into the thing.” He says. There’s nothing wrong with not finding your calling right out of high school (provided you even finish). No, sometimes your calling finds you. Never at risk of being a footnote in the history of copywriting lore, Smith goes ahead and commemorates his journey in a way that’s refreshingly accessible and non-cliquey. If you’re looking for a “How to Write Copy Good” manual, this isn’t it. If you think you might like a window into the mind and experiences of a great copywriter, then you’ve hit pay dirt. While I’m grateful for the background on this eccentric and eclectic marketing personality, this memoir, if I may call it that, is a brilliant piece of copy in itself. By that, I mean, after reading it you’ll want to hire him to write for you. ”

“Every Copywriter And Business Owners Should Read This Book”

“Alan has said this is not a book on
how to be a copywriter, it is
however, a book that gives you a
full plan on how to build a

Built on the back of great stories,
the book draws you in and is one
of the few books I’ve read from

making notes along the way of
ideas I can use in my own

I’d encourage every business

this book and not just once. The

up will certainly help any business
looking to grow and is very
pertinent in these ‘new’ world

“If You Want The Surest Way To Becoming A Copywriter - This Is It”

“”Alan gets plenty of mentees having been through Write Your Way to Freedom, AWAI, or other copywriting courses up and down the Internet. I am one of them. What good is all that copywriting if you don’t know how to get a single client? Don’t know where to look? Starting a business from ground zero is a cold dark world. Do you really think you can do that on your own? I couldn’t.

Do you want to have a complete roadmap to doing that? Know what to do next? I sure didn’t when I walked out of either of my other copywriting courses. And that’s only half of it. Well, it’s more than half. Starting a business, that is. (That’s why Alan’s the best.) But I haven’t even gotten to the writing copy part yet!

Despite having been through two copywriting courses already, I LEARNED HOW TO WRITE COPY. All other courses are a sham and a farce. Do you know why? Because you need an instructor. Copywriting is one of those things you can’t just learn DIY. That was my experience. That’s like trying to become a carpenter using Google. Don’t be stupid. Be willing to learn.

If you want the surest way to becoming a copywriter, this is it. Your alternative is to continue fumbling around doing all the wrong stuff. You’ll find it eventually, or maybe you’ll never find it. You can pitch 1,000 emails and hope 1% will come back with a yes. I was about to do that before I realized it was worthless. Then I went looking for a mentor. It was what I needed. A surgeon. A doctor. I couldn’t fix myself. Don’t be stupid.

What good is cold pitching to some odd 1,000 businesses if you’re pitching to all the wrong places? If you don’t know how to pitch? Much more about how to take the next step? How to handle customers, how to woo them? That’s like taking those 1,000 emails and throwing them down a black hole. I didn’t want that. That’s not what I wanted to do. So before taking that plunge, I took a different plunge instead, and it was with Alan.

We did more than write copy. We reached out and got leads. Warm bodies. Not cold emails. Get experience not only writing copy but interacting with your lead. By the way, you’ll become a copywriter in four weeks and go farther than you’ll ever go with AWAI or whoever in twelve.

My advice is to reach out and grab as many leads as you can. With a phone call, that’s right, not a text. Be an adult. The more experience the better. The more reviews you can ask for the better. No Internet screen can teach you how to negotiate with clients. With that said, all other copywriting courses are a waste of time. I came here when I had nowhere left to come.

“I Couldn’t Be More Thrilled At My Decision To Choose Alan As My Mentor”

“After just 5 weeks of working with Alan and his mentor program –– I feel compelled to write about my experience.

The reason being ... is that I had tried to learn copywriting in the past and just couldn’t find my feet. Most copywriting mentors online today encourage you to start by writing out winning sales letters by HAND. I did this for 3 months straight. For me, it didn’t have the effect on my copywriting ability that I hoped ... or that many allude to.

Alan’s approach is entirely different.

In the first 3 weeks of the program, Alan had me writing every day in the form of stories. Something I hadn’t written since I was a kid. The result of which was pretty profound.

Not only did my writing ability improve RAPIDLY, but unknown to me at the time, these formed the basis of a sales piece. In later weeks, through a step-by-step approach, these stories became winning sales pieces that Alan was surprisingly complimentary about.

And I, too, was pretty amazed at how fluid the process became to create a rather compelling piece of sales copy by starting with this foundation.

Alan gets you to think clearly about the customer mindset, your word choices, and how to write with PUNCH, pace and hard-hitting, attention-grabbing headlines.

I couldn’t be more thrilled at my decision to choose Alan as my mentor, and can’t wait to see what copy I can produce at the end of his mentor program.

I’d encourage anyone looking to learn copywriting, to get in contact with Alan. No doubt.”

— WESLEY ATKINS

“The First Two Weeks Were A Shock To The System … Just Make The Move”

“Working with Alan you get critical feedback from someone who’s been doing this for over 30 years so it’s feedback from experience.

The feedback has been hugely important in cutting through all the b.s online and focusing on what works. You know every zoom call Alan’s going to go through your copy and not just tell you areas where you need to work on, but also give you examples of how to improve it.

And all the zoom calls are recorded so you can watch them back over and over, I’ve found this to be a massive help because I can watch the critiques then pause the video while I’m rewriting the copy.

The mentoring process really is the shortcut, the hack, the go straight to the finish.

I’m now feeling confident I can write strong copy for almost any niche and it’s only been 8 weeks. I also realise that I wouldn’t have made it this far without personal mentorship, I would be still scratching my head, not knowing if I was on the right track, or completely focusing on the wrong things.

If you are sitting on the fence wondering if Mentor’s for you then it probably is, if you don’t make the jump now you’ll be sitting in the same seat in a year’s time still wondering if mentor is for you.

Maybe now’s the time to make a move.

The Mentoring Process Really is the Shortcut, THE HACK’
As I write this we’ve just finished the call for week 8 and in 8 short weeks, my copy skills have literally been transformed.

Those eight weeks have connected the dots of how to write copy, How to think about writing copy and how it’s not really about big fancy headlines, loads of bullets, or maybe even all about the product.

It all starts with the prospect and getting in his or her head. The internal conversation and then the product.

Before mentor I was thinking about big over-the-top dramatic headlines, hyped-up sales copy, talking to no one in particular, and after mentor who is the prospect? What age are they? What sex? What is their internal conversation?

Thinking back to the first two weeks of mentor, I won’t lie the first two weeks were a shock to the system. Writing 500-600 words a day takes some getting used to, researching and writing ads on top of that takes some getting used to, but the flip side is your writing, particularly your writing speed. This improves fast, really fast.

At first, I thought it was just my writing speed, but as I looked back on what I’d written over the first two weeks I noticed a massive improvement in quality.

Before I started this process, I thought I had a rough idea about writing copy, but only when going through this mentor did I realise how little I really knew.

Copywriting’s a skill that has to be built from the ground up with practice a lot of practice, it’s not a piece of knowledge you pick up in a textbook. It’s not a fill-in-the-blanks template you downloaded off god knows where online.

My copy has improved immensely, it’s night and day compared to before I started. It’s a lot more focused, a lot more one on one and a lot more thinking about the prospect.

— CARL MARLEY

“I Got My Initial Investment Back Several Weeks After Starting As A Copywriter With Alan... “

“ I got my initial investment back several weeks after starting as a copywriter with Alan… and fully expect what I learned from Alan to pay dividends (gold making more gold) for years to come.

Not only will Alan figure out what is holding you back, his “fix” will reset your course and align you with what you really want.

In our closing weeks of Mentor, I was amazed to see copy Alan inspired was pulling a 58% opt in rate from a FB Ad and landing page. Also, a strategy for a new client... again, inspired by Alan, has meant

I am bringing “bleeding edge” direct response to a huge market where no one is doing this.”

“ If You Want To Become A Copywriter This Training Will Deliver Everything You Need - Fast.”

“‘AMAZING… Alan isn’t just about copywriting, he guided and showed me a whole new way.’
Learning from Alan has been the most significant point in my life. Why? Because he turned me into a practical dreamer and a winning copywriter who understands all the most powerful techniques and systems. And that’s not the only thing he has influenced me.

I’m an English second-language speaker who had no experience of writing besides a few writings from school years. But after I met Alan, now I write everyday and easily writes more than 500,000 words in just a couple of months. Anyone who hates to write or has no confidence in writing should able to start with Alan and changed forever.

He is such a great influencer!

He influenced me simply by helping me to find the mindset in the right direction... The exceptional thing about Alan is that he gives very personal care and cares very deeply. So, he doesn’t stop from just teaching how to write a brilliant copy. He has given directions and a clear blueprint to set a powerful mindset that I can use for my own success like his.

And he did it the best.

He taught me everything with warm-heart. He accepted me and treated me as his good friend. He gave me every bit of source to success and also has shared his giant library of books and information accumulated from his 33 years of experience from copywriting/marketing. And he didn’t just hand me materials and expected me to figure out. He was always there when I needed help with anything.

He motivated me, encouraged me, supported me, and listened to me. I was so impressed with Alan on his flexible teaching style. Despite his long track-records of success, he never tried to force his idea or his way, nor he dictated the system. Instead, he was willing to listen and adjust to my request and tailor it to my need and want. I didn’t expect such a world-class copywriter would be so down to earth and gives so much meaningful supports.

If Alan can turn an English second-language speaker into a great copywriter, I believe that anyone can benefit so much from working with Alan and achieve success.

I can’t say enough about Alan… I’ll highly recommend anyone to talk to Alan, learn from Alan, and take any courses or teachings that he provides without split seconds of hesitation.

If you want to become a copywriter this training will deliver everything you need - fast. And - A unique opportunity to become my protege.”

“I Would Strongly Recommend Alan As Your Mentor If You Want To Become A Copywriter”

“‘I would strongly recommend Alan as your mentor’ You want to become a copywriter? Here is my own story…’

My name is Michael.

“If anyone is interested in learning the art of copywriting, I would strongly recommend Alan as your mentor”

My Exciting New Journey To Becoming A Copywriter:

Mentored By Expert Copywriter Alan Forrest Smith

Over the past 7 (now early 20-weeks), I have been learning how to write copy to a very high standard. Prior to this, I knew absolutely nothing about copywriting. When I finally decided to take the leap and learn this unique skill, it was vital that I learned from an expert. This expert goes by the name of Alan Forrest Smith.

After reading about Alan’s expertise and successes in copywriting, it became obvious that Alan is an incredibly talented copywriter. At the time, I remember thinking;

‘If anyone can teach me to be a great copywriter, this man certainly can.’

Moments later, I reached out to Alan, via his Orange Beetle website, and asked if he’d teach me how to write copy. When he told me about his 12-week mentoring programme, that he offers to trainees like me, I decided to go for it. Just before I go any further, I want to make one thing clear…

It is not my intention to reveal the wonderful secrets of copywriting that is embedded within this programme. That is an exciting discovery that you’ll have to make for yourself. Now, you’re about to discover my experiences of this programme so far.

How I have progressed on Alan’s programme

Currently, I am almost 8 weeks into my training and it has been a very interesting and insightful programme. The structure of the programme is very flexible because all of my learning has taken place in the comfort of my own home. Once a week, I have had a one-to-one tutorial with Alan through Zoom. The great thing about this is that I don’t need to spend money on a laptop or sit at a desk in an office. All I need is my IPad, my pen, my note pad and I’m ready to learn. Keep reading to find out why this programme has been so beneficial to me.

Alan made it clear from day one that in order to become a successful copywriter; I must practice writing every day. Now, at the time, I’d never written a piece of copy in my life and so, Alan asked me to do the following. He asked me to write a story, every night, about something that had happened in my life or about something interesting that I had witnessed. Now, some people may question what writing stories has to do with copywriting. Well, I’ll tell you why Alan wanted me to do this and how it has helped me.

It started with learning the basics of effective writing

Even though copywriting and story writing are two different things; I’ve come to realize, through Alan’s mentoring, that some of the same principles apply. The content has to be interesting to read and, as a writer, it’s my job to make sure that the reader wants to read to the very end. The words must be chosen carefully to provoke certain emotions or get certain messages across to the reader, and it is important that simple grammar is used. You have to write as you speak; as if you’re having a conversation with the reader. Another thing that copywriting and story writing have in common are that the format and layout must be on point from start to finish. Otherwise, it can affect the readability of your writing and the reader will most likely not want to read your content. Now, I found this very interesting about the programme…

My transition from story writing to copywriting

Now, Alan’s teaching method was a very clever one. When I wrote a story every night, although I wasn’t writing copy, I was still practicing the same principles that a copywriter uses. The brilliant thing about this was that Alan read each of my stories and gave me constructive feedback on what I had written. If I did a good job, he told me. If there was room for improvement, he gave me valuable feedback on how I could improve specific parts of my writing. As the days and weeks passed by, Alan asked me to add things into my stories to make it look and sound more like copy. For instance, he asked me to include sub-headings and bullet points into my stories, which began to transition the format of my writing from story to copy. I always took his advice on board and did everything that he asked me to do and, without a doubt, that’ll be why I’ve had so much good feedback from him. After 6 weeks into my training, I had made so much progress, and here’s why…

Reading copywriting books had a massive impact on my writing

Not only did Alan give me a great deal of valuable advice and feedback, he suggested that I read certain books about copywriting. Those books worked wonders for me and they have significantly improved the quality of my writing. Alan has informed me on a number of occasions that my writing has got “better and better” and in turn, my confidence in my own abilities has increased. Now, here is where I had a positive pivotal moment in my training.

I attempted to write my own advert

After week 6, I made a brave decision to try and write my own advert. Alan had already asked me to write a couple of adverts before this point but I chose to write an advert instead of a story on one particular night. Honestly and truthfully, I didn’t know what the outcome was going to be because I didn’t have much experience of writing adverts at that time. Surprisingly, the outcome was this…

Alan was impressed that I took the initiative to write an advert. Overall, he was pleased with the content of my advert but there were parts of it that needed to be revised. Words can’t describe how delighted I was to receive such positive feedback from Alan. Not only did it increase my confidence, it encouraged me to shift my focus from writing stories to writing adverts. For the past (nearly) 2 weeks now, I’ve been putting all of the mentoring that I’ve had from Alan into practice by writing adverts. So far, here are my thoughts about Alan’s programme.

What I have gained from Alan’s copywriting mentor programme?

This programme has been extremely helpful for me. It has taught me a whole new range of things that I didn’t know before. I have had an amazing opportunity to gain an insight into the world of a copywriter. It’s been very fascinating to discover how a copywriter works and I’m grateful that I’ve been given an opportunity to learn this skill through such a gifted and talented expert. I very much look forward to discovering what the next few weeks of my training will bring.

P.S. If anyone is interested in learning the art of copywriting, I would strongly recommend Alan as your mentor. I have learned a lot from him so far and I am confident that his expertise will enable me to become an expert copywriter.”

“THE RESULTS HAVE BEEN INCREDIBLE”

For many of you who may be considering entering into a mentoring arrangement with Alan, please allow me to help clarify what may be ahead for you….and for your life….

If, like I was only 6 months ago, you find yourself at a crossroads in life where, for the first time, for maybe one or a multitude of reasons, you’re experiencing the desire to make significant and long-lasting changes to not only what it is you do for a living, but how you live and the reasons why then Alan is the answer.

From our starting point together just a few months ago, Alan and I have created a magical and highly productive bond together, one that has allowed me to create a new direction in my life, and to approach that direction with certainty and the belief that I can achieve what it is I desire.

Rest assured, nothing is ever achieved without a lot of hard work, commitment and strategic thinking.

For my own experience, Alan has been instrumental in bringing out the best in what it is that I want to achieve in my business life…by bringing out the best in me.

This hasn’t been achieved without a commitment on both of our parts to do what it takes to communicate openly and to have flexible schedules in working together (especially as we’re located across the world from each other.)

Yes, it’s been a journey of detailed emails, early morning and late evening conversations, and strategic thinking together, all in a respectful and non-judgmental manner.

The results have been incredible for myself, as I’ve experienced and created a new business path, including what I now want to do, how I want to do it while believing that I can achieve the lifestyle and life results that for far too long eluded me.

The possibilities ahead of me are endless and I believe highly profitable.

The lifestyle which I know I’ll be experiencing, thanks to Alan’s insightful guidance, is something that everyone should be able to attain in their lifetime. And they can…with the right skills, systems and beliefs. If you’ve read this far, you’re probably the right type of person to work with Alan, and he’s probably right for you.

But, I must say, be ready for it, because if you do what it takes, and follow his recommendations, the journey will be transformational and unforgettable!

All the best to you….here’s to your future!

  • And so much more over 12-weeks and now the ongoing support.

And now, finally, I am on the final stages of establishing myself as a Consultant – Copywriter. Something I have been pondering about doing for the last 5 years. But never had the guts to transition from my dull 9 to 5 day job to my dream as working for myself.

Thanks again for helping me to find the courage to do this.

Regards
